Your Order
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, we will confirm receipt by sending an acknowledgment email to the address provided at checkout. This order confirmation acts as an invoice and includes your order number and all relevant details.
Please note that this is not an acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that it has been received.
When we dispatch your goods, we will send a confirmation email. This will be our acceptance of your order, creating a legally binding sales contract between you and UZMA, subject to our Terms & Conditions. If we dispatch your goods separately, we may send you a confirmation for each shipment, resulting in separate contracts. Until dispatch, you can contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund. After acceptance, cancellations can only be made in accordance with our Return Policy. If your order is canceled for any reason, including non-acceptance, any payment you made will be refunded, and no contract will exist between you and UZMA.
For exclusive releases, we reserve the right to limit quantities per order and/or customer.

Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, a standard processing time of up to 5 business days is required before shipment. This is, unless, the item is made to order, which allows for a standard processing time of 4-6 weeks before shipment. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) may be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed starting at 8:00 AM (EST) on the following business day.
Modifying or Cancelling Your Order:
Modifying or canceling an order with UZMA is possible as long as it has not been packed or shipped, or as permitted by applicable consumer protection laws. To make changes to your order, please contact our Client Services team. They will assist you in making any modifications before the order enters the shipping queue.
Checking Your Order Status:
To check the status of your order, please contact our Client Services team. They will provide you with the latest updates on your order.
Payment Information
UZMA accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Diners Club, Bancontact, and iDEAL.
The UZMA website is designed for easy and convenient payment processing.
Please note: Only one method of payment will be accepted per transaction.
You must comply with the terms of all agreements between you and any third-party payment processors. If you have any disputes regarding the processing of your payment, you must resolve them directly with those third parties. You authorize UZMA to charge all amounts to the payment method details you provide. You represent and warrant that each credit card or other payment method you use for payment belongs to you and that you have the right to charge all such payments on the credit card or other payment method.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment's tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please note: Tracking information will be updated online one business day after your order has shipped.
You will become the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility, and UZMA will no longer be responsible for them.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
UZMA occasionally offers free shipping promotions for a limited time on our website.
UZMA reserves the right to change, extend, or end promotions at any time.
Free shipping is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the email sent to you and/or banner on the UZMA website with at least 48 hours' notice before expiry.

Full-price orders:
Free shipping applies to full-price merchandise subtotals (including coupons) above the thresholds indicated below.
The offer will be automatically applied at checkout.
If an item is not eligible, as indicated on the product detail page, the offer will not be reflected at checkout.
Other orders:
Orders that don't meet the full-price free shipping eligibility and don't include restricted products are still eligible for free shipping if they meet the thresholds indicated below. Other orders include, but are not limited to, Sale orders.
Restricted Orders:
Orders that include products excluded from free shipping, as indicated on the product display page, are not eligible for free shipping and disqualify the entire order from the promotion, regardless of order value. All orders with at least one excluded product will incur a flat shipping fee as indicated below
What if my order has been returned to the sender?
If your package has been returned to our warehouse, please contact Client Services for further assistance.
Returns
All sales are final. Exchanges may be made within 7 days of purchase with direct approval from Client Services. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A prepaid return label can be provided upon request for a $10 fee. For any questions, please email ferozeali585@gmail.com.
